iPhone (5s Only): The iPhone’s new M7 processor automatically collects data about your movement in the background, and the new Nike+Move app is a way to track that movement without using up too much of your battery life.
When you first load up Nike+Move, you’ll see data that includes 10 days of recent activity. This shows how much you walked, ran or did other kinds of movement. All this data then gets collated into movement times and locations so you can get information about when and where you’re the most active.
It doesn’t include much of a detailed history, but it’s enough tracking to give you an idea of how much more you need to move. Nike+ Move is for the iPhone 5s only, but if you’re looking for something similar for older phones, we’d suggest Moves.
