The Window Seat Workspace

The Window Seat Workspace

Despite being a pretty small space, today’s featured workspace looks fantastic: bright, airy and well-coordinated with the rest of the house, which uses an open floor plan.

The office looks larger thanks to the big window and the wide doorway with sliding French doors. It also helps that the adjoining room’s flooring and wall colours are carried through to the office alcove. And, of course, that window seat looks cosy — perfect for well-timed naps and an alternative to last week’s featured workspace for those of us who don’t like heights. Check out the link below for more photos of classic homes that still work with an open floor plan.
