Nintendo 3DS, $149 From Kmart

If you’ve yet to jump on the Pokemon bandwagon due to a lack of gaming hardware, now might be the time to pounce. Kmart is currently offering Nintendo’s handheld 3DS console for $149, which is quite a bit cheaper than other retailers for both new and used units.

Rode over on OzBargain noticed the deal in Kmart’s catalogue, which is available online if you’d like to verify the price yourself. The OzBargain thread also provides some comparisons, with EB Games the next cheapest at $178, though this is for a used console.

Unfortunately, the deal is for the regular 3DS, rather than the larger-screened XL. You’ll also want to call your local store first to make sure they have stock.
