Findery Launches iOS App

Findery, the social network that sees you attaching notes about places you visit has formally launched in Australia today via an iOS App.

We’ve known about Findery for some time as a web-based app, but this morning the iOS app version went live, and according to Findery founder Caterina Fake Australia is the first market to get the app.

The difference with Findery from other social tagging services such as Yelp or Foursquare is that you’re not meant to simply use it for location recommendations; you could also leave notes to indicate personal history, gossip, or anything else that takes your fancy.
