Fantastical Updated For iOS 7, Adds Reminders And TextExpander

iOS: Fantastical is our favourite calendar app for the iPhone, and today it has been updated for iOS 7. In this case, that means a whole new (paid) version, but there’s also a stack of new features.

Everything we loved about Fantastical’s first version is still here. It’s easy to navigate with gestures, has excellent natural language support, and a wide variety of views so you always know what’s coming up on your schedule. Fantastical now supports TextExpander, background app refresh, and reminders. This means you can now schedule alerts for any events you have coming up, or just remind yourself to do things at a set time. You can even set it up to remind you of upcoming birthdays. On top of all that, Fantastical gets a new coat of paint to fit in with iOS 7.

Fantastical 2 is a paid upgrade from the original, but it’s currently on sale for $2.99 for a limited time.
