Safari now supports a few standard keyboard shortcuts:
- CMD+L to go to the URL bar (which also brings up in-page search).
- CMD+T to open a new tab.
- CMD+W to close a tab.
It’s not life-changing by any means, but if you write in your browser on the iPad or you just keep your keyboard connected, it’s helpful to know.
