Shorten Your Shirt Sleeves Under A Suit With A Rubber Band

Shorten Your Shirt Sleeves Under A Suit With A Rubber Band

If you rarely have to wear a suit, you may not realise until it’s too late to buy new clothes that your shirt sleeves sticks out too much from your jacket. Fix this problem with a rubber band.

As style blog Ashley Weston points out, you can use a single rubber band (per arm, of course) to hold your shirt sleeves up to the appropriate length. Make sure that the cuffs end prior to your wrist, and no more than half of the cuff sticks out past the edge of your jacket. With the right size rubber band, your sleeves should look good all day without being uncomfortable. Just be sure to take them off if you remove your jacket.
