The plastic tags that come on loaves of bread may hold the bag closed pretty tightly, but that’s not their only use. Use them to hold your place on a tape roll instead.
We’ve featured before how you can use a toothpick for this same purpose. However, the bread tag is easier to grab. As we recently mentioned, they also make great cable tags.

I usually just fold over the end, that works just fine.
Me too, just fold the tape back on itself.
I fold it on the side I’ve stuck down too so that I can remove it if need be too…
