Android: It’s silly to pretend that Android isn’t a huge vehicle for Google services. My Color Screen user yihaomizhijia doesn’t bother hiding it with the Google Grid.
The interface looks very similar to Google+ and Google Now, with a splash of extra colour. The vertical scrolling tiles are reminiscent of Windows Phone, though these aren’t live tiles as such. If you dig the UI, here’s what you’ll need to replicate the look:
- Ultimate Custom Widget
- ssLauncher
- Nova Launcher (for the application drawer)
- Background and icons and related files
There is a video tutorial here that shows off the interface in more detail and offers instructions on how to get the look up and running on your device.

It looks like Android and Windows Phone 8 had a really colourful baby. This doesn’t look half bad though, I must admit.
