LCA2014 Mini-Conf Schedule Announced

Planning on starting 2014 by getting your geek on at Linux.conf.au in Perth? The schedule for mini-conferences has just been released, and as usual we’re tempted by the sysadmin and developer streams.

For those not familiar with how LCA operates: the Monday and Tuesday (6-7 January in this instance) are dedicated to individual mini-conferences, before the main event kicks off on the Wednesday. This year Monday sees mini-confs covering Developer, Testing, Release And Continuous Integration Automation; Open Government; Browser; Open Radio and Sysadmin. Tuesday offers Linux Kernel; Haecksen; Astronomy; Multimedia and Music; and OpenStack.

While part of me wishes the dev and sysadmin streams were on different days, there’s lots of good stuff on offer there. Early bird registration for the event is expected to kick off soon.
