Feedly Pro Reopens, Adds Pocket Integration, Makes HTTPS Free

Feedly announced its Pro option last month, but shut down signups quickly. Now the Pro feature is available to everyone and has a few new features and changes.

One of the more controversial parts of the previous Pro plan was that access to Feedly via HTTPS was reserved for paying users. That’s no longer the case; HTTPS is now available to everyone. Pro users get the benefit of one-touch Pocket integration, for people who love saving their articles for later reading.

Feedly Pro accounts are either $US5/month or $US45/year, and Feedly says that this batch of features is the first in what will be a regularly expanding list of bonuses and perks for the members that help make its service sustainable for the long haul.
