Right-Click Enhancer Adds Useful Options To The Context Menu

Windows: The right-click menu already has some great features. If you want to supercharge it even more, however, Right-Click Enhancer brings a host of new options.

The free version of the app allows you to add options such as Copy or Move to folder, which allow you to move files around without navigating directly to each location. You can also enable an option to open a command prompt in Admin mode at the selected folder right from the context menu. The professional version ($10 with a free trial) can remove unwanted entries, add sub folders in the right click menu, and create shortcuts to specific apps or locations.

Installing the free version does include some offers for crapware, but the portable version seems to be devoid of this, as is the professional version for obvious reasons.

The free version is nothing more than simple reg tweaks that have been available for years (if i recall remember getting them in the MS PowerTools for Win95 or possibly 98)

And there are free alternatives to the pro version

I use FileMenu Tools http://www.lopesoft.com/en/filemenutools which is one of the three alternatives offered in the makeuseof.com link that @tim mentions. Always gets an install on any PC I use: gets used multiple times a day in my general work on a Windows PC.
