Collectably Saves Open Tabs Into Neat Visual Boards

Chrome: There are a lots of ways to organise your overflowing tabs, but few are as pretty and customisable as new add-on Collectably. The extension saves open tabs into Pinterest-like boards for better organisation.

Essentially, it’s a visual bookmarking tool that lets you drag and drop links, and share your collected tabs with others. My favourite feature is the sub-boards, because it offers an additional layer of organisation. For example, I’m gathering links to write about this week in a “To Do” board and organising them in sub-boards titled Wednesday”, “Thursday” and “Friday”. Like the links, sub-boards can be reordered, and you can also customise the background colour for each one.

Collectably is currently in open beta, so it’s still rough around the edges (search doesn’t seem to work, and it would be nice to be able to tag links). Still, it’s a great alternative to bookmarking all your tabs if you’re a visual person.
