Aussies Blame Mobile App Providers For Security Breaches

It might seem obvious to you that the company providing a service delivered through a mobile app and the developers of that app are responsible for any privacy breaches in mobile apps they build. However, that response might depend where you live.

A survey by Unisys found that while Australians take this view of the world, Malaysians view government as holding the primary responsibility. With that said, Australians also see government as having a role to play. The key distinction? Australians appear more willing to take responsibility for also checking apps themselves.
