You Can Now Put Images In Your Facebook Comments

Facebook has been doing a lot of work on its comment system between threaded replies and emoticon support. Now (finally?) you can throw images in there too. Brace yourself; the image macros are coming.

Facebook hasn’t said anything about the new feature, but it’s starting to roll out to people in the form of a little camera icon to the far side of the comment text box. And, before you have a panic attack, no, this does not support animated GIFs. Not yet, anyway. [Dan Leveille via The Verge]
