iPhone: If your phone is the first thing you see when you wake up, make that first glance an overview of your to-dos, calendar appointments, news headlines and the weather for the day. Top of the Morning for iPhone makes sure you’re prepped and ready as soon as your feet hit the floor.
When we highlighted Morning for iPad last week, a few people wished it were available for smaller screens. Top of the Morning isn’t the same app (and it’s not by the same developer), but it offers a similar look and feel. You can add or remove tiles from the main screen that tie into your calendar to show the day’s meetings and events, your reminders, the current weather conditions (along with the 12-hour forecast and chance of precipitation), top news headlines from your favourite RSS feed and stock quotes.
Tap any tile to bring it up in a full view, swipe among reminders and appointments, or pinch the full-screen tile to return to the overview. You can also customise the display colour to suit your tastes. The app is available now in the iTunes App Store for $1.99.

I’ve seen a few “morning” dashboard style apps recently but all for iOS. Anything for Android?
Or do other Android users just go for a mix of various widgets to get the layout they want. (which is what I do now I guess)
