Luke, I don’t know where this data comes from – but I had a firmware update just a few days ago on my prepaid Telstra Lumia 920 (on Optus, but carrier detects in settings as Telstra) and it was never listed in one of these as to what it was.

I also got a firmware update on my Samsung Note from Optus not two days ago. Finally have Jelly Bean.
