Preferences Quick Launch is basically an AppleScript that turns your preferences into a folder. Just download the Preferences Quick Launch file, unzip it, and drag the folder inside into your Application folder. You’ll find all your preferences in there, so you can drag whichever ones you need to your Dock for easy access.
