‘The Only Way To Ever Do Anything New Is To Step Into Uncertainty’

I heard this comment from neuroscientist Dr Beau Lotto at the Gartner Enterprise Architecture Summit earlier this week, but as a call to embrace fearlessness it’s all too evident. New ideas don’t emerge from the comfortable and familiar. You have to embrace the unknown.
