Tame Your Cable Clutter With PVC Pipe

You don’t need expensive or specialised products to organise the cable clutter hanging down from the back of your desk. Justin Klosky, from the OCD Experience, shows us in this video how he does it, using some simple black PVC pipe and some metal mounting strips.

The video, one of Apartment Therapy’s One Minute Tips, actually comes paired with another where he suggests that you make every effort to go paperless, a topic we’ve talked about before. The entertaining thing about the video though is that he managed to organise all the cables under his desk with little effort, some cheap pipe, and a little time — and the end result doesn’t look bad and is easy enough to get cables back through if one breaks or needs replacing.

We’ve shown you many ways to organise your cable clutter, from cheap eye-hooks to wire baskets, to products designed for the task. If you’re still searching for a good way to do it at home, this method couldn’t get simpler.
