The Fitocracy Spark Challenge Asks For 15 Minutes A Day To Get You In Shape

Fitocracy, our favourite fitness-tracking service, is already a great service to help you get in shape. You can log your workouts, challenge other members to PVP fitness battles and get encouragement from friends. Now, Fitocracy is partnering with Arnold Schwarzenegger to get you pumped up — and it only takes 15 minutes a day.

The Spark Challenge asks you to take 15 minutes a day for a brief workout. You can choose one of the two workout routines on the Spark Challenge mini site (complete with video for you to follow along) and, when you’re done, log your activity on Fitocracy. None of the exercises require special equipment or a gym, so you can do them at home, at work, anywhere you have a little room to spread out.

As you complete the challenges, you’ll collect “Spark Points”, which will help you earn badges. According to co-founder Dick Talens, it can even net you a message from Arnold himself or a signed copy of his book. If it’s the thought of encouragement from Arnold that gets you involved, the health benefits of a brief workout every day will be the real benefit. Hit the link below to sign up for Fitocracy if you don’t already have an account and join the challenge.
