Using a saucepan lid organiser such as the IKEA Rationell Variera, you can quickly construct your own DIY boot hanger and mount it with some hooks. It isn’t exactly art, but hidden away in a cupboard it could be good for keeping footwear off the floor. Hit the link for more detailed pictures.
