Bake Healthy Biscuits With Two Ingredients

Fancy some baking but running short on eggs or flour? You can get by with nothing but bananas and oats.

To make your dough, just mix up two soft bananas with a cup of quick oats, adding more oats if it seems too runny. That’s literally the entire recipe.

Once your dough is mixed, just dollop it onto a greased baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes. When they’re done, you’ll have healthy snacks that are easy to eat on the go. If you want to customise the flavour, you can sprinkle in some chocolate chips, cinnamon, sultanas or whatever takes your fancy.
