Drafts is one of our favourite note taking apps, and a simple URL action will allow it to instantly search the archive of any website.
As you probably already know, prepending a Google search with "site:(URL)" will limit the search to the specified web site's content. For example, searching for
site:lifehacker.com note taking will return a list of Lifehacker posts about taking notes. It's this Google-fu that lets us automate one-click site searches within Drafts, using the new URL actions feature introduced in the latest version. All you need to do is create a new URL action from the app's settings menu, and type in the following, replacing
lifehacker.com with the site of your choice:
