Stretch On The Go To Stave Off Carpal Tunnel And Stress

If you sit at a desk all day, one great way to keep limber and reduce muscle soreness is to stretch whenever you can. Thankfully, the folks at Greatist have some stretching exercises you can do anywhere.

Their guide is full of simple exercises you can do anywhere, but the wrist exercises stood out to me, mostly because I sit at a computer all day. Even just a few minutes each day to stretch out your wrists and forearms can go a long way towards avoiding carpal tunnel or RSI.

If you’re looking for more quick stretches, the guide has some neck exercises you can do in the car on the way home from work, or even some foot stretches you can do the next time you’re sitting in a boring meeting. Hit the link below to see them all.
