iOS: In early October, mobile security tool Lookout updated its Android version with Signal Flare, a new feature that sends your phone’s location to Lookout’s servers just before the battery dies. That feature is now available to iPhone users as well.
Signal Flare helps you find your phone if the battery is dead by giving you a heads-up to its last known location before the power ran out. The feature works in the background, so you don’t have to do anything. It’s a neat addition to Lookout’s mobile protection options.
