Keeping Baby Safe Is An ACCC-Approved Buying Guide For New Parents

Many new parents view the world through freshly-panicked eyes, alerted to the potential safety threats hiding in the infants aisle of their local discount store. Keeping Baby Safe is an app developed by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission which offers guidelines on the safety features you should look for in 30 categories of baby products, from cots to prams.

Much of the same information is also available via the ACCC’s product safety site and as a free ebook. However, I suspect having an on-phone option will be popular with bassinet-acquiring parents. Keeping Baby Safe is a free download for iOS devices.
