This is a custom iPad 3 wood theme I put together. The lock screen is basically a modified Typophone theme. All the wood stuff, including the background, notification centre, folders, and multitasker are all manually added in to a custom Winterboard theme I made. The lockscreen swipe is also manually added in to this theme.
