Culinary blog My Kind of Cooking offers up a tip on the best way to cut tortillas or quesadillas. Instead of using a knife, which can push the ingredients out, the rolling motion of a pizza cutter will keep the good stuff on the inside.
It makes sense when you consider that’s exactly what a pizza cutter does when cutting, you know, pizza. It’s always nice to find additional uses for kitchen unitaskers. I’ll bet it works great for paninis as well.
