You can also identify ‘danger times’ where you’re likely to be tempted to smoke, and see a daily progress report that highlights how much money you’ve saved. Recognising that quitting is a difficult task and that people can often lapse, the app lets you set a goal to ‘Quit Later’ as well as quitting immediately.
