Quitbuddy Is A Stop Smoking App

Government campaigns to help people quit smoking take many forms. Quit Now: My Quitbuddy is an iOS app that lets you set goals when you decide to give up cancer sticks, and also stores messages of encouragement from friends and family.

During the first 30 days, you’ll receive a daily message of encouragement. You can also identify ‘danger times’ where you’re likely to be tempted to smoke, and see a daily progress report that highlights how much money you’ve saved. Recognising that quitting is a difficult task and that people can often lapse, the app lets you set a goal to ‘Quit Later’ as well as quitting immediately.

My Quitbuddy is a free download for iOS devices. An Android version is also said to be in the works.
