iOS (Jailbroken): InstaFacebook and InstaTwitter are two handy tweaks for the iOS Notification Center that allow you to instantly type or dictate messages to your social media profiles.

Once you’ve installed the free tweaks and granted them Notification centre access in settings, one tap will prompt you to type out your update. Alternatively, a microphone icon will let you to dictate your message, even on older devices without system-wide dictation built in. This might not be a huge time saver, but if you’re a frequent social media poster, the ability to send a update from within any app could prove useful several times per day.

The tweaks are a little rough around the edges. For example, they have to authenticate through Mobile Safari instead of the Twitter and Facebook apps. However, they are both free and can be found on the BigBoss repo in Cydia.
