iOS/Android: Foursquare has updated its mobile apps with a completely new user interface, a new recommendation system, and a bunch of smaller tweaks to enhance the overall experience.
One top of the facelift, the big changes apply to how you’ll see content on Foursquare. The Explore tab, for instance, now takes into account the time of day, weather and location before it recommends activities to you. You’ll also find a new “Like” button for venues, tips and checkins. Everything else, from the user profiles to the way the friends tab works, have been overhauled to make it a little cleaner and easier to use.
