Easily Remove Wine Bottle Foil Wrappers By Twisting And Pulling

Most wine bottles come with a frustrating foil wrapper that’s hard to remove. It turns out, you can actually get it off easily by wrapping your hand around it, twisting, and pulling.

The video above gives a great demonstration on how to do it — firmly grip the neck of the wine bottle like you would with bicycle handlebars, and apply a little bit of a twist as you begin to pull it off. Apparently this trick has been around for a while now and some of you may already know about it, but I’ve been trying to cut off and dig at wine bottle wrappers for the longest time, not realising you could just twist and yank it right off in seconds. Thanks, Evan!
