Dropbox For Android Adds Video Streaming For Ice Cream Sandwich Users

Dropbox’s Android client just updated with a new treat for Ice Cream Sandwich users: the ability to stream videos stored in your Dropbox folder.

There isn’t much else in this update, and it sadly only works on devices running Android 4.0, but it’s pretty cool. Just tap on a video file in your Dropbox folder to start streaming it right away. You can stream over Wi-Fi or data, though be careful you don’t go over your data cap. It seems to be just a tiny but finicky on my phone, but overall it streams quite nicely. Hit the link to download the new client, or just head to the Google Play store and check for updates.
