The solution is pretty simple and should also make your routine more entertaining for you. As it turns out, it doesn’t matter much how you change it up as long as you change something in your routine. The Greatist has a ton of suggestions ranging from changing your moves to switching the order of your workout. One of the most interesting and simple implementations is to change your rest period in between sets. Hit up Greatist for a bunch of suggestions on how to vary your routine so you can break that plateau and bulk up like you deserve.
