Lifehacker reader Rob put together this clean but good-looking dual-tone homescreen using a custom Ice Cream Sandwich launcher and a few tiny customisations.
You can probably put this home screen together on a non-ICS device, but you’d have to use a launcher like GO or ADWLauncher. Rob is using:
- Nova Launcher for the icon and dock customisations, and to remove the ICS search bar and gradients.
- The MetroStation icon pack, which you can grab for a number of launchers
- Minimalistic Text for the date widget at the top, using this font
- Beautiful Widgets for the weather, using a custom set of icons that Rob created himself.
