The app picked up a major update today and now allows you to use your own music and photos to build custom reminders to eat lunch away from your desk, connect with your loved ones, relax and de-stress over the course of the day.
Bloom works a lot like a portable version of the Mindbloom Life Game, reminding you to take small steps over the course of the day to stay happy, productive and stress-free. The app allows you to "plant blooms" over the course of your day so you get push notifications when it's time to take a break, eat a healthy snack, reach out to a friend or family member to reconnect or say hello, or enjoy a short audio or photo presentation designed to help you stay inspired.
Those experiences can be downloaded through the app, or, thanks to today's update to the app, you can remix your own music and photos into an inspiring motivational message to keep you going through a tough day. So if soothing music and nature photos are up your alley, you can do that, but if thumping beats and courage wolf are what keeps you going when the world wants to beat you down, you can have that too.
