Android: Todo.txt, our favourite plain text to-do list manager, has updated its touch-centric Android app to include a home screen widget, recognition for phone numbers and email addresses, and a few other fixes that make it easier to use.
The home screen widget is definitely the biggest new feature in this update, providing an attractive 4×1 list of your top three tasks, along with a button to access the app and a button to quick add a new one. It also detects email addresses and phone numbers, giving it the tap to call functionality that makes other apps (like Google Maps) so great. The search has also improved, along with a few interface improvements like remembering your scroll position when you delete or complete a task. Hit the link below to read more.
