Get Linux Helps You Pick A Linux Distro

So you’ve gotten started with Linux, maybe tried Ubuntu or Mint, but you’re ready to move on to another distro. Get Linux is a simple app that helps you browse information on loads of other distros available.

While you could always just Google around — and we still recommend doing that — the portable Get Linux is organised pretty well for those looking to scan information on distros. You can search for distros you’ve heard or just start browsing through. It’ll show you a description of the selected distro, as well as a screenshot and you can hit external links for more information on distrowatch, videos on YouTube, or visit the official site.

If you want to try it out, you can download a 32 or 64-bit ISO right from the app (though sometimes they’re out of date, so I recommend going to the homepage and downloading from there instead). It’s a simple aggregation tool, but it can make the overwhelming process of choosing a distro a little bit easier. Hit the link to check it out.
