OS X Lion: If you’re having trouble with Growl 1.2 on Lion, but don’t want to upgrade with the new features, Growl Fork is a free version based on the last open source code.
To be clear, this is an unofficial patched version of Growl 1.2. It doesn’t add any of the great new features of the official $1.99 Growl app, but if you just want your old version of Growl working on Lion, this update seems to fix a few of the common errors.
