Build Your Own Desktop Humidifier

Instuctables user digmike wanted a humidifier for his small office, but the commercially available humidifiers were too big for his purposes, so he built one inside a baby wipes container.

We’ve talked about how a humidifier can keep static electricity from shocking you, but most humidifiers are tuned to cover large rooms, not a small office. Digmike’s build is tiny and uses a 600ml bottle as the water reservoir, the baby wipes container to house everything, and a small PC fan to distribute the moist air. You’ll need to do some minor electronic wiring to finish the project, but it’s not complicated. You can find the full guide with instructions over on Instructables.
