Motorola RAZR Is Reborn

If you’re in the smartphone market, then you are truly spoiled for choice. Not to be left behind, Motorola Mobility has announced an all new Android phone and it resurrects the popular RAZR brand.

The spec sheet is quite impressive. There’s a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display while its Kevlar fibre coating and Corning Gorilla Glass screen with splash-guard coating, making the Motorola RAZR a solid device that competes with Apple’s renowned industrial supply.

On the inside there’s 1GB of RAM, a dual-core 1.2GHz processor and Android 2.3.5

I had a very brief look at the new RAZR about a week ago and it looked to be a very nice device. Given the short supply of the iPhone 4S, if you’re looking for a new smartphone, the new RAZR could come into consideration.

Motorola RAZR will be available exclusively through Optus for $0 on the $59 Optus Cap plan (total minimum cost over 24 months is $1416) in November. A bonus Work, Play and Drive Kit is available for $0 on $79 Optus Cap plan (total cost over 24 months is $1896).

The RAZR will be available to pre-order from October 24 through Optus. [Optus]
