Hopefully the last word on the subject: Apple has now reconfirmed to Gizmodo that Australian pre-orders for the iPhone 4S will begin from 6pm. Yes, I’m a bit annoyed that Apple gave me slightly different information earlier, but now you can plan your afternoon if you want to get an early order in. [Gizmodo]

Its also sad when people just have to have it, one of my customers bought a white iPhone4 outright even though he was on plan with a black iPhone4. He just had to have it.
