YouTube Increases Upload Time Limit, Adds 3D Conversions

YouTube has announced a few new features, most notably the fact that all users in good standing can now upload videos longer than 15 minutes.

To get the ability to upload long-form videos, you just need to verify your account, which you can do by entering in a code sent to your mobile phone. Additionally, YouTube announced the beta version of a 2D-3D conversion tool that automatically converts your video to 3D, but you’ll still need a 3D display to actually view the videos. Finally, it has also integrated two video editing tools, Vlix and Magisto for online editing and effects.
