Taskforce Adds Shared To-Do Lists, Google Tasks Integration

Firefox/Chrome/Safari: Previously mentioned to-do manager and browser extension Taskforce has rolled out a number of new updates to its service, including the ability to share and collaborate on lists with other users, add recurring tasks, and fully integrate with Google Tasks, so you can manage your to-dos even when you’re using a computer or device where Taskforce is unavailable.

Taskforce still allows you to organise your to-dos and upcoming deadlines right from your Gmail or Google Apps inbox, create tasks and to-dos based on emails that you receive, organise those tasks into lists, and arrange your messages into actionable categories. The latest update allows you to share lists with others so they can collaborate with you on the tasks, and enter recurring tasks that will automatically pop up regularly without you having to add them again.

Another major feature in the latest update is two-way sync and integration with Google Tasks: if you already use Google’s native task list but would love the additional features that Taskforce offers, now you can combine them both. Since they sync, you can update Google Tasks on another computer or a mobile device, and Taskforce will pick up the update.

Taskforce is free, and available now as an extension for Firefox, Chrome and Safari. Have you tried it since we mentioned it last? Are you still using it? Share your thoughts in the comments below.
