If you haven’t already manually enabled Facebook’s Timeline format, it should be popping up for you soon. The new layout will gradually spread across profiles that have signed up for it already. If you haven’t, head here, just to make sure you’re earlier on the rollout list. Not sure if it matters, but it might.
