Call Filter is an Android app that lets you selectively block calls from numbers you don’t want to see, or block all numbers that aren’t in your contact list.When we discussed how to banish your ex from your digital life, we mentioned a number of ways to block calls, but reader Alex wrote in to share another app that will screen your incoming calls and either let them through or route them to voicemail automatically without bothering you.
Call Filter allows you to set up a blacklist of numbers that are automatically dropped into voicemail, or block all unknown numbers entirely. Call Filter is free in the Android App Market, but a pro version of the app that also blocks SMS messages is available for just under $4.
