Android/iOS: Pzizz helps you get to sleep faster and get more restful sleep with a combination of soothing sounds and voice cues aimed at helping you relax, de-stress, and get to sleep. In my experience, it works really well.I’ve had insomnia problems for years, and while Pzizz has by no means cured me, I’ve been using it for the past week with pretty good results. It all feels a little cheesy, but that’s kind of the point — eventually my overly busy mind doesn’t seem to mind letting the pleasant Pzizz voice and soundtrack take over.
Pzizz creates a different soundtrack every time you play it, in theory retaining just enough surprise to keep it from becoming boring or overly familiar over time. We first talked about Pzizz five years ago, back when it was only available as a (far too expensive) desktop app. The whole concept makes considerably more sense on smartphones, and the price — while not free — comes in at a more reasonable $8 for iPhone, or just $5.22 for Android.
Pzizz is available for both iOS and Android devices.
