Google’s refined its search page a lot over the years, but today they’re launching a version of their search page designed for tablets. The text and buttons are a bit larger, and other things have been turned into more touch-friendly buttons.
The option for searching for images, videos, places and other categories has moved to a button below the search bar, as has filtering by date. Hit the link for more info, and check your iPad or Android tablet to see if you’ve got the new version yet. If not, don’t worry, it’ll take a few days to roll out. [Google Mobile Blog]
