Convert IKEA Magazine Holders For Large Paper Storage

If you regularly print A3 or larger sizes, storing the paper can be a nuisance. If you don't have large enough desk drawers, you can get effective results by combining a couple of wooden magazine holders from IKEA.

At IKEA Hackers, Vinny details how he attached a pair of Knuff magazine files ($17.99 for two) to the underside of a desk. Not a complex hack, but easier and more helpful than just putting in a shelf. For more IKEA hacks, check out our top 10 IKEA buys under $10.

That hack is OK only if you use, one sheet at a time or, it gets used up in a short period of time.

Humidity causes the paper to jam in sheet feeders/copiers etc when bundled together.

We have installed these IKEA magazine holders as storage for large paper items like magazines or brochures that we distribute to customers. One of the guys at work installed these in mobile kitchen trolleys in order to display these items where customers are. What’s good about this is that we don’t have to spend a lot on a DIY mobile storage for large brochures.
